Decision Confidence Check
Decision Confidence shows not only what is recommended, but how robust the recommendation is. Rate nine factors – from data quality to stakeholder agreement – and see which actions increase confidence the most.
1Data quality
How reliable is the data behind the recommendation?
2Objective clarity
Are the objectives unambiguous, measurable, and prioritized?
3Model and analysis quality
Does the analysis (simulation, business case) adequately reflect reality?
4Alternative coverage
Has the solution space been fully examined – including the null variant?
5Assumption robustness
Are the decision-critical assumptions validated or at least explicitly documented?
6Robustness to change
Does the recommendation hold if prices, demand, or timelines shift?
7Regulatory stability
How stable is the regulatory framework (subsidies, grid fees, permits)?
8Stakeholder agreement
Do the relevant stakeholders support the preferred option?
9Feasibility
Are budget, schedule, permits, and internal resources realistically secured?
